Numero uno, awesome customer service is the aim of FnGeez Jewels, therefore, the store policy isn't going to be a drawn out legalistic mess that just ends up saying you cant get your money back.

Even though we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchases from FnGeez Jewels, we know mistakes happen, and packages might be handled the wrong way orĀ  any mishaps in other steps in between are possible.

If you receive an item and it's damaged, it's the wrong item, or just not what you expected than

1.Let me know, through our contact page or email, within 5 days of receiving the item.

2.Send it on back.

3.Fees for sending the item back are the customer's responsibility.

4.The amount paid for the item is returned not the shipping charged.

5.As soon as FnGeez Jewels receives the merchandise back, an email will be sent confirming receipt and letting the customer know the money is on its way back.
